The product consists of PVC film coated with PVDC and laminated with PE film, providing excellent thermoforming performance and enhanced water vapour barrier properties. The multilayer structure ensures superior protection and durability, making it highly suitable for pharmaceutical packaging applications.

Applications

Triplex Film is specifically designed for blister packaging used in the pharmaceutical industry. The film is thermoformed to create cavities (blisters) for individual packaging of tablets, capsules, and other small pharmaceutical products. The formed pockets are then sealed with suitable lidding materials to maintain product integrity and extend shelf life.
