Plain Cold Form Blister Foils are manufactured by Wahren. These foils are specially designed for high-barrier pharmaceutical blister packaging, providing complete protection against moisture, oxygen, light, and other environmental factors.
The laminate structure generally consists of OPA (Oriented Polyamide) / Aluminium Foil / PVC, combining the strength of nylon, the superior barrier properties of aluminium foil, and the thermoforming characteristics of PVC. This multilayer structure ensures excellent mechanical strength, formability, and barrier protection, making it suitable for packaging highly sensitive pharmaceutical products.
Plain Cold Form Blister Foils are supplied without printing, allowing flexibility for customers who prefer plain packaging or secondary printing processes.
