Wahren Printed Blister Foils
Aluminium blister (Push Through) lidding foils NC/NC Free are heat-sealable foil laminates used to seal blister packs (PVC / PVDC / PP / Alu-Alu).
When printed, they serve a dual purpose:
- Barrier Protection (moisture, oxygen, light)
- Information + Branding Surface (critical for pharma compliance)

Outer Layer (Print Side)
- Rotogravure / Flexo, printing ensures clear, high-quality printing
for product information, branding - Batch number / MFG / EXP
- Regulatory text (Schedule H, warnings)

- Anti-counterfeit features
- Protected by primer / overcoat
Core Layer
- Aluminium foil (20–25 microns typical)
- Provides high barrier against moisture, light, oxygen, and contamination.
Inner Layer (Sealant)
- Heat Seal Lacquer (HSL)
